Basically I updated myself on what labour will be like, well a general idea. I read through this website: http://www.naturaltransition.com/nat...h-1ststage.htm which really helped me understand what my body is going to go through. I also have a doula and she gave me some flash cards with encouraging phrases on it to help me stay positive.

And there is no problem calling your MW. That's what they are there for and besides you wanna know if your LO is ok. As long as you don't panic.

But for the most part I kinda feel like whatever happens happens and so many women have done it before me so there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to as well. I think being tired of carrying around my bump and being anxious to meet LO also helps me feel less nervous about labour.

Just bought the furniture today and the pram and some bits and pieces. Before today we had 1 small box of baby clothes (all sleep suites and vests!) We find out on the 22nd of january when we are going the have the baby (looks like early induction or c sec due to size) However we have the kitchen coming on the 1st of feb the furniture we ordered today doesnt come for 21 days, we have carpets getting fitted next week (three bedrooms to decorate before then) new sofas within 28 days, new bed within 25 days and a dining room to decorate as well as everything else we need to buy!

Is anyone else totally unorganised? Or is everyone ready? I could be induced in 4 weeks and starting to panic!!!
