birthing ball, or yoga ball. can buy them from argos, value 1 for 5.99 got it, large size to!

i started using 1 from 28wks, it helped through bh, it got baby into head down position, made her stop there i used it every other day. helps to engage your baby think amber went down at around 34/35wks.
usng 1 can help turn a breech baby, can help through early/active labour

I got mine from www.birthease.co.uk and have been using it since about 30 weeks. It's a comfy way of sitting and can help encourage bubs into a good position. Also meant to be good for early labour. x

I bought an exercise ball - large - from Tesco, £5. Great as well for elevating those swollen ankles (sit on the settee with your feet on the ball), rocking gently on it to keep your pelvis moving (I have PGP and if I sit still too long I get really stiff) and a bunch of other stuff. Not bad value for a fiver!
