After you have been to the loo...

Has anyone found that after the have been to the loo for either a wee or poo that sometimes your stomach really hurts and you find it hard to stand up straigh for about 30 seconds?

I've noticed this a lot over the last few weeks and just wanted to check it was normal.

It's as if LO is that low you can't straighten up.

I don't find this specifically after I go to the bathroom, but I find that when I get up from bed, the couch, the toilet or a chair, I get a Braxton Hicks that takes my breath away. It usually passes after a minute or so.

Yeah I get this from sitting on the couch for too long, it's like he settles in the bend from where I've been sat so I can't stand up straight.

I get it when Ive been to the loo, but mainly if I really needed to go IYKWIM!! I think its cause everything was moved around to accomodate the expanded bladder then it moves back really quickly, homespun philosophy though!!!.
I also hurt when I get up, turn over in bed or do pretty much anything that needs muscles in that area!!

Yeah i get this, after i wee, my stomach feels really tight low down. and also as others have said i can get it when i get up after sitting down, like the baby has been lying low down (mine's lying transverse though?!) and when i get up the shape of my body changes so it feels all uncomfy!
