Every time I have taken my temp. since I have been pregnant it a been 1-2* low. Last night I wasn't feeling good so I checked it and it was at 96.8.

Is this normal?

im not sure iv never monitored my temp during pregnancy either and to be honest have never heard of doing it before, why do u feel u have to keep an eye on your temp? i wouldnt worry so much its cold this time of year so that would probably affect your temp too. is there a reason for monitoring temp id like to know x

I dont really keep an eye on it, its just during the first two trimesters I got a few colds so I checked it then to make sure it wasnt over 102, cause thats the point when you need to go to the doc and last night I wasnt feeling good at all so I checked it then too and just thought it was a little funny that every time I check it, it was lower then normal. So I wasnt sure.

The average body temperature (measured orally) of the average healthy human being is 98.6ºF (37.0º C). This does not mean that everyone should always have a temperature of 98.6º F. An individual's normal temperature may be slightly higher or slightly lower. A body temperature between 96.8º F and 100.4º F is considered to be within the normal temperature range. x
