I don't think it will make your milk come in as a lot of pregnant women sucessfully tandem feed older siblings. I think that a hormone is released when you give birth that sets it all off, but I could be wrong.

thanks for the advice guys

Getting alot of crampy aches and pressure real down low this afternoon, they have got worse since i did the hoovering but they are not contractions, going to have a curry and use the pump for 10 mins later so fingers crossed it does something

yup, when the placenta is delivered the hormone prolactin rises sharply and it is this that starts your miolk production. So you pumping won't,make any differece at all at this stage but it could be sore
