Raspberry leaf tea...is magic!! I bought some and within an hour my contractions started... i recommend it!! x

yeah my step sis started drinking that she was due 6th dec and had her baby the 2nd dec
wobbles had been drinking it too wonder if that wat worked for her also

I got it from a health food shop called GNC in my town. But all health food places should sell it. You can also get it online. Try http://www.birthease.co.uk/labour_essentials.shtml. Its a good website, also sells birthing balls and massage oils etc. x

I got mine from Holland and Barrett. I started taking it at 36-37 weeks, but still no sign x

Why take it at 36 weeks unless you want your baby to be uncooked upon arrival?? some of you are so impatient lol.

lol Well I bought it around end of 36 weeks, and started it probably at 37 weeks, although a lot of people were asking why I hadn't bothered starting with it before. Not sure that it seems to be doing much for me though.. I guess it might be more apparent during labour. x

EDIT: I started on just one capsule a day for about a week and have built up to 3 a day. How many has everyone else been taking?
