Nausea

Hey, I've been having slight nausea from around 30-ish weeks but the last 3 nights have been AWFUL. I can hardly sleep because I feel sick and it's much worse when I'm lying down. I sleep propped up with pillows, but it doesn't really help that much. I end up just crying because it's so horrible. Is there anything else I could try? x

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. How much time do you have between dinner/eating and laying down? Sometimes I find I have to eat my dinner super early else I feel very uncomfy at night. Hope you find some relief soon!
