Have you seen...


My feet!!!



They are VERY painful though

Midwife doesn't care either!

I do suffer with pre-eclampsia though!!

Oh and they are full of fluid!

try and rest with them up. easier said than done i know. i was like that with my eldest and my MW go me admitted to hospital for bed rest. from 24weeks until he was bor i spent all the time bar 4 weeks in hospital due to the swelling and headaches an dizzyness. i would speak to a different MW. x

Oh poor you, it is so frustrating isn't it when you can't wear your shoes! Thankfully summer pg allows the flip flops to be worn. I was told to try and get feet raised higher than your heart, easier said than done! Also drink lots and lots of water as the body will retain water if it thinks it needs it when dehydrated.

I've raised them, drank water...everything...
I've even put dark cabbage leaves on them!!

Nothings worked haha! Bummer!

Ouchy ouch, try elevating them above your head when lying down, ie rest them on the arm of the sofa while you lay down. Cold water may help too.
