Breech at 32 weeks- how can I get him to turn?

I am 32+2 and today I was told at my midwife appt that bambino is breech! I knew something was different as I am really uncomfortable and the swipes have been agony. Plus I have had increased toilet visits as he has been tap dancing on my bladder!

Anyway, I know he might turn on his own, but is there anything I can do to help the turning process? I don't want to go back in 4 weeks only to be told that he is still breech... I can't bear the thought of him being manually turned or a c-section! xx

It is still so early, I wouldn't worry... besides, even if you did get the baby turned by some other means - it doesn't guarantee it wouldn't turn back to being breech again. Have faith! Most babies will turn when it's their time. Good luck to you!

I read that you should spend about 10min each day on all fours, that gets The Child into the right position.
