I just had my breakfast and noticed that my right boob had made an escape for freedom from my nightie- and my nipple was crusty! Before this I could squuze the milk out but now I must have started leaking! Do any of you have to wear breast pads??? xxx |

I have noticed a tiny amount of crustiness.. but I am not leaking nor am able to get anything out if I squeeze. This is my first and they say you may not start lactating til the baby is actually born with First timers. |

Since I've been doing this the crustiness hasn't happened and the only way to get it off before was to pick it off as washign wasnt shifting them, but leaving them wet it just draws it out. |
