Severe Headache!

Hi ladies, I'm not sure any of you can help me.

I was wondering if any of you knew any home remedies, pills or treatments that are safe to take during pregnancy for headaches/migraines. I have had this constant headache for about 3-4 days and its just getting progressively worse. Paracetamol ain't helping at all. Sleep makes it more intense and i seriously feel like banging my head against a wall. I could be coming down with something but i just got over a cold. I have pretty bad dizziness and that feeling like I'm going to faint, my feet keep swelling up at night (thats normal though right)the light hurts my eyes (sitting here at the screen is pretty painful) and i have a slight temperature and stiff neck. Just seems to be getting worse and worse.

I just can't shake it and could really do with some advice if you have any. I saw my doctor about it today and he said there isn't anything wrong with me, I'm too young to be having headaches (WTF?) and that i should wait it out and see my midwife next week. He checked my BP and it was 184/80 which he said was fine.

Any help or advice will be appreciated. xxx

ask ur doc which prescriptions u can use--- when i had my cold they gave me a list and i cant find it now ---a simple ring to the doc should tell u

184/80 looks high to me-(or at least it would be high in my case as mine are much lower)--but i wouldnt be the one to ask ---mine have been normal this whole time according to the midwife and they've been like 110's/90 and 120's/90 but if they said it was fine then it is---

I'm 36+3 but the headache has completely gone today though so I'm guessing it was something to do with my blood pressure yesterday. thanks for the advice though
