VERY relaxing - relaxed me anyway She put these warm sleepers on my feet too whist she was doing the other one - apparantly not in with the normal reflexology appointment but did it anyway
Caitlin however went on a mad one in the middle of it wiggling her back side side to side the girl was like lol
If anything like I say I found that 45 minutes very peaceful and relaxing! Now Ive had a taste my OH will have to treat me after her arrival
