there you go, the bumps will be on the circle areas, if the left side is bigger its meant to be a boy, if the right side is bigger its meant to be a girl

i think i know what you mean, look down at your feet and tilt them outwards so you can see the inner curve of your foot, you should see the two lumps in the area thats shown on the pic, so your viewing it from the top.
