need urgent advice please

hiya

i just lost quite a bit of my plug with some blood and had been (TMI) having browinsh discharge as well the last couple of days.. i have pains but not regular.
the only thing that worries me is the baby is breech and has been measuring 3 weeks ahead and i have gestational diabetes, am scheduled to go in for the final scan and have the c-section date on friday but this is scary now.

i just phoned the midwife but she told me to ring the delivery suite, i have been ringing them the last 10 minutes, nobody picking it up.. im on my own at home, dont know what to do.. if the baby want breech i wouldnt be so scared, not sure what to do

You definately need to get hold of somebody at the hospital just to let them know, try and call them again....do you have an assessment unit as well as labour ward? Try them both. If you still can't get hold of them, call your midwife back and get her to sort it out as she should have more powers of contact. Hope all goes ok x

Hey honey, when you say you are having irregular pains - do you mean just today or is this on a day to day basis??

I had an internal at 37 weeks and after the internal it made me bleed a bit, and over the following days I kept losing blood stained discharge and also lost some of my mucus plug as well. Also I've been having irregular pains for a couple of weeks too, like period pains some quite uncomfortable - but I still haven't popped

If you can't get hold of the labour ward, I would suggest that you call the Emergency Department at the hospital where the labour ward is at and explain your situation, that you are worried and that you cannot get hold of anyone in the Labour ward and perhaps they can try and track someone down for you and give you some advice in the interim. There would be a doctor on duty there in the Emergency who could advise you on what to do.

Keep ringing ...do u hav a day unit u can ring and explain that delivery not anwering ?

I was about to suggest what serina says or call mw back and tell her no ones answering maybe she will know another number or what to do?
