acid reflux


Hey ladys recently I have been getting so much acid reflux it's horrible is there anything I can do to help it? Xxx

Gaviscon from your doctor, and avoid eating late at night and avoid juiices late on.
Try sleeping with your head rasied a bit, and good luck! It's horrible I know. xx

Thanks I don't usualy have it so bad but tonight it's been horrible I think it's because I was munching salt and vinegar fish n chip shop chips naughty me but I love them. X

I get it so bad too and the thing that I've come to depend on is alka seltzer, it acts instantly!

I get it bad too. Well, I think that's what it is. Nothing comes up, but it feels like it comes up my throat, but stops before it gets higher. Hard to breathe sometimes. I think I'm going to try sleeping with my head raised. Sleeping is getting SO HARD now

I take gavisgon too - find the liquid (peppermint not aniseed) is better than the tabs but is a bit gloopy so have to swallow quick! lol

i always drink milk.. takes awhile to kick in.. but it coats your stomach and throat and yada yada yada lol.. it works wonders for me.. that is all i did.. i was afraid to take anything haha. And I also raised my pillow.
