tummy rock hard and no movement!

Im so worried as I am due now and I had a hot curry and a warm bath with 5 drops of lavender in last night as they say it can bring on the baby and now I cant feel her move and my tummy has gone rock hard. I dont know what to do. Have had some cold water and keep patting her and rocking on my birthing ball. I have no pain and not even down below now.

What should I do?
