It's gonna be hectic!

All those mum's to be that are due just before xmas like myself...are you panicking about how you'll get everything done? Luckilly I thought ahead and have ordered my tree and decortations and we will be putting it up on the 1st..early i know but i dont know how much I'll get to see of it lol. We've also done all our xmas shopping! And the good thing is that my parents have asked us to stay with them during xmas week to make it easy for us..no cooking and support with bubs etc. So we're really lucky. Yet i'm still stressing! I'm not sure why. Its silly things really like how are we gonna have time to get bubs birth registered and apply for family allowance etc before xmas? And how am i gonna find enough time to pack everything for my parents? And I have no clothes to wear after bubs is born, what do i do? lol Really silly things! Why am i stressing so much. Hows everyone else feelin about it? x

Please stop stressing. My daughter was due on 14th Dec, I put my tree up second week of Dec as we had just finished getting the front room plastered and decorated, had all my presents wrapped and then mylabour started on Christmas day, she arrived 2 days after. You have 6 weeks to get them registered, and they will probbaly only be closed on christmas day, boxig day and new yeras day, same as the shops. I was still in my mat clothes for two weeks after the birth then fitted into my old clothes, plus you have the sales which is always handy. I didn't find it anymore stressful then if I was giving birth in the summer, it was just the christmas pressie shopping that I needed to do.

Im ready for xmas, pressants are all wraped and given out to family and friends, we are putting the decorations up on the 1st Dec and buying a spare freezer for the Iceland shop, we are making it easier this year and stocking up on frozen.

The only thing im worried about is going over my due date, i dont want to be away from my kids at xmas so im praying Rhydian will come early but if not at least on time.

Only got my mam and OH to finishing xmas shopping for now.

As for clothes... I'll felt crap in maternity clothes for so long a few extre weeks in anything i can get on wont hurt until i can get out and get some decent clothes.
