Ok so just as i think i havnt got long to go before due date and start to get excited i go to an appointment and a MW or doc comes along and says oooh your this many weeks today! And i'm like no I'm this number of weeks! 10 mins later a diff MW comes and gives me another number of weeks! Its so annoying, can they not work it out right or something? So i go home thinking my god ive go ages till he's due! Then work it out again myself and think nope he's deffo due then lol. U should see my handheld notes...I've got 36 weeks one day then the day after i'm only 34+ weeks! arrrgh. Also everytime i get examined by a diff person i get told oooh he's 4/5's engaged, then im 3/5's engaged...then im not engaged at all!! hur?? lol. Ive done guessin now...bubs will arrive when he's ready! x

My MW did this to me when I knew I was further than she said but just thought ya know what you carry on .... *ignore*

Go by your dating scan ... Amazes me how they get away with this sometimes & worries alot of people.

The head engaging - as far as I can tell after my appointment yesterday through forum replies and a little research is the baby can can move from engaged to not engaged - 2/5 3/5 2/5 etc back and forth IF this is check on seperate days if thats all in one day I'd be pissed off!

Yeah i am going by my scan. It worries me a little cus if i go over my due date, they wont know when to induce me lol. I'll be sayin comon induce me im 2weeks over and they'll be telling me i'm not which could be harmful to bubs!

I didnt know that though that baby could be engaged one day then not another..well i knew it could if it was 2nd or 3rd baby etc but i thought if it was the 1st once it had dropped it stayed. Thanks for that wobbles! x

I'd bring your concerns up hun and have them measure and scan you and get this clear between them all. Thats not on at all!

You could just be like me and be oblivious about it.

If i start reading that baby should be this and baby should be that id just worry myself to death so id rather take it as it comes.
