"lie on your bed... spread ur legs.. get ur man to put 2 fingers up yer **** and swirl round in a circle"

lol its not that simple, your bloke has to feel for the neck of the cervix, it will be a small opening with a strtchy ring type feel to it lol sorry not nice way to describe it.

Then he has to incert 2 fingers, provideing you are slightly dilated, if your shut tight then its a no go, once fingers are in he moved them round the ring/lip type thing and stretches a little as he goes, the idea is to separeate the membranes from the cervix.

There may be a small amount of blood but its nothing to worry or freak out about, the only thing Jase used to freak at is that he could feel Cobys head.... he would be like..is that you, 'yep', is that you 'yep' ok is this you...wouldnt feel a thing, it was Cobys head he was touching lol

Sometimes, like in my case, he couldnt reach my cervix so i had to make my hands in to fists and put them under my bum, just to raise my pevlis up a bit, then he could reach and feel it.

"Therefore, if your cervix was very far back at the time of your examination, it probably means that your baby is not quite ready yet! "

ahhh i didnt know that, that would explain why it didnt work on Coby, my cervix wasnt ready, to far back
