so who's measuring large for dates and who's measuring on target


i've been measuring large since 22 weeks and was wondering how many other people were

measured 17cm at 19 weeks +3 days
measured 24cm at 22 weeks +3
measured 28cm at 26 weeks +3
measured 31cm at 27 weeks +3

I was measuring about 3cm bigger untill about 33 weeks, then i finally measured as it should be and still am. I'm glad he has slowed down abit! I've been told he'll be about 8pounds at birth though which is kinda big for 1st baby and for me as im only tiny x

Im measuring big for dates according to my midwife but my scan confirmed the baby was only measuring 36+2 when i went for the scan and i was 36+5

I think that def makes a difference Stacey, some days I look in the mirror and my bump had a bit of a different shape/size, then a few hours later it has changed. Baby's position prob contributes for sure like you said.

found out why im measuring big----

update on me ---- i got my 29+3 ultrasound yesterday--- even got to see a glimpse of him in the 3D --- he's currently 3 lb--7 oz according to ultrasound-(normal for this stage)-- they said everything looked good and the reason i've been measuring 2 weeks ahead is cause he's going to be long and not big at all --- he's in the 63rd percentile for height/length cause his leg bones were long and had a slightly large belly but all was normal--- course could be like i suspected all along he's gonna be taller than me in a few years---cause of his daddy===lol
