BH & Contractions question

Hi ladies, hope you are all well!

I've been getting lots more BH lately which is good I guess, but last week or few days I've noticed that I have started getting period like pain cramping as well in my lower back which isn't nice and also last night I got period like cramps in the front.

Just wondering if these are BH or if they change how they feel, usually I just get a rock hard belly and it goes away but these are proper crampings. They are not regular or anything, just wanting to see if they are normal experiences at this stage.

I started getting period cramps and backaches a few weeks ago and have had them pretty much constantly since. Don't think it was as early as you tho.

Sometimes it can be the start of labour but in my case it hasn't been so I guess it can just be another 'one of those things' too..!

It could be just BH but it might be better to get in checked, just in case, give your MW a call and see what they say, sorry Im not much help, take care
