37 wks today and 1st experience of BH

I am 37 wks today and last night I was woken up with a tightening in the lower part of my bump. It went on for what felt like ages. It was a constant pain and actually made me need to empty my bowel (sorry TMI).

I have found with my IBS that if I feel sick my bowel needs emptied and I then feel better. However, last night I actually lay awake for a couple of hours before drifting back to sleep. The lower part of my bump still feels sore this morning and I have decided to ditch my plans of tidying our bedroom and lie on the sofa.

my BH have been very mild, though had wind pains last night and L.O was kicking around in the same spot..agony

DH soothed her back to sleep bless

i have been get bh like yours i find its when i need to relax they start more a warm bath helps me

My BH seem to have dissapeared! not really sure whats going on! lol

You should def sit with your feet up today! and i hope they are not all like that!

I havent had any BH so kind of jealous in an odd way lol
