why do waters break?


how/why/what causes them 'go'?

with my 1st son they went, just a lil trickle every now and again. i had no contractions prior to them going, wasn't being super active etc. no sign that i was due to go into labour.

Maybe the pressure from the weight of the baby, im not sure!

considering he was 9lbs 3.5oz why he didn't just drop right out with him being that big is a wonder! huuuge! the baby! not me. just to clarify!!
