Sleeping but tired

For the past week or so i have been sleeping really well a night, i tend to wake up in the same position that i fell to sleep in, i dont wake for the loo and dont hear Coby come in anymore.

When i wake up im busting to go to the loo lol

Trouble is, i dont feel like i have slept, today im so tired and im trying hard not to fall asleep already!

I do have a nap in teh afternoons, Coby goes to sleep at around 11/12 for 2 hours so i tend to get my head down then too.

Seems like im sleeping alot but not feeling the benifits from it.

Anyone else having this?

not sure if this is for me or Hels, but nothing has ever been said to me about my iron levels.

My last lot of blood tests were at 28 weeks and im assuming they are all fine coz i have not heard anything.

I think its just going back and forth to the school, running about after coby and daily house stuff.

I know i coped alot better when i was pregnanct with Ethan and had Charlie to look after, think its old age lol

i will see how i go, i dont want to keep bugging her, feel like im being a pain keep telling her/asking her about things, the pelvis pain, itching etc

I will try to eat foods high in iron and saee if that helps first.

I'm getting this as well. Generally I don't go to bed early enough and wake once in the night to go to the bathroom. I feel so tired but can't seem to sleep during the day at the moment.
