Pulled musle

Last night as always i woke up for absolutly no reason what so ever, looking at the time it was 01:15am so I thought i'd ring the other dear half to see what time he was expected home from DJing last night and as i went for the usual struggle of rolling over to reach my phone I got such a tight pain across my chest, leaving me unable to breathe properly and making me feel sick. I could barely move at all. My poor neighbours probs thought i was being attacked or something i was screaming that much.

Its not really eased off at all and i barely got a winks sleep after it happenend for the sake of being in pain and uncomfortable.

I have pulled a muscle right across my chest bone and cannot ease it in the slightest. I have had a hot bath in which i got stuck in because i could move to get out. Ive tried rubbing around the area and making circular movemnts with my arms but none of this is working...

Any ideas what i can do to try and ease the pain

( I cant bring my arms close together it was a right kerfuffle trying to get dressed )

Aww Baby Bean, sorry to hear you're not feeling too good. How about a hot towel across your chest? That might help.

Yeah, like Mango says, maybe a heating pad/electric pillow, or whatever those things are called.
