Another Number Two Thread...

OK this is more of a curiosity question more so than anything else, ive been straining to go for a number two because i forgot to take my lactalose Just wondered this late in pregnancy whether anyone knew if this would put extra pressure on my cervix or even trigger labour, surely the baby is aware that i'm straining right? it will take a day or two for my meds to kick in again but i can think of nicer ways to encourage bubs out lol xxx

If you are having to strain, then it will put pressure on your diaphragm - which is where you want to be pushing down from when you are in labour....but no matter how big the poo, it wont push bubba out!! xxx
