pelvic floor muscles

Mine are totaly shot, i can feel it

im a bit worried that i will never get them back, i was naughty after Coby and never really worked to get them back again so now they are suffering.

Has anyone else had this and still managed to get them back to normal again?

I'm Currently Feeling:

I've just bought this Aquaflex thing from boots, they are weights to get your pelvic floor muscles back to normal. I don't have a bad problem with weeing whilst sneezing etc, but it doesn't feel the same down there even after 1 pregnancy. You've had 3 kids?, so this will no doubt help you.

or theres this one:

By the way, im sure they will definitely get back to normal, you just need to do your exercises regularly! the only reason I bought this is because I always forget to do mine, at least the way you feel like you're actually doing something if you know what I mean?
