I'm Currently Feeling: 



sleepless nights


well i have sleepless nights every night getting up for the toilet all hours and justy waking for no reason then not being able to fall back to sleep as i cant get comfy then when i am able to sleep the baby will be here anyone else worry they will never sleep again lol

ive been told to drink hot milk before bed but it does taste disgusting

I'm not in my third tri but I hear a warm bath or shower before bed helps.

me as well

but yesterday I went for some baby shopping and did carry all the stuff home on my own and can you believe...

...I was just so exhausted after that I had a nice nap and was sleeping well at night as well

it was so nice, finally a good sleep again!

think walking in the fresh air helps!

will try this from now on
