Those with heartburn....

If your symptoms are really bad, go see your doctor to see if its a more severe kind called acid reflux. I didnt know there was a difference between the two but after talking to a friend im seeing my doctor about mine to get something stronger than gaviscon for it.

Mine can be so bad that i have acid running up my throat when im asleep and i will wake up choking. It can affect your eating aswell making you feel full more quickly. At a time when we need the extra calories its a concern of mine that im not eating enough.

I think thats what i have. I've been taking chewable things for it that my mum got me and its not as bad. I find certain things trigger it like orange juice.

Its horrible ill be fine then all asudden it feels like ive got burning bile rising up

I diddnt relise thats what I had, it feels like I have burning bile at the top of my throat loads, is that what you have?
Diddnt even know it was heartburn.
