Headache!

Well more like a migrane!

Yesterday had this splitting headache all day and took paracetamol for it and it didnt ease one bit but thought it would be gone by today... well it hasnt. Its one of those migranes when u even turn your head it really hurts and behind my eyes is agony, dont know what else i can take or do to ease it?

have a lie down with a cold water on a flannel and put it on your forehead and over your eyes, it doesn't get rid of it but it helps when its really cold. I get quite a lot of migranes and nothing seems to help so i do this quite a lot x

You can get those forehead strips that are non-medicinal and you just stick them on your head. Send your DH to the nearest Boots hun - they'll be able to advise him.
