Please tell my husband he needs to shave!

He's normally got a maximum of a number 2 on his head, and just a small goatie and tash on his chin.

But in January, his workmates decided to have a competition to see who could grow their hair and beard the longest. They all put a tenner in a pot, and all shaved both head and face on the same day. I didn't like it when he shaved his beard off as he looked about 12!

But it's worse now. He looks like a fuzzy bear!!!! There are only 2 of them left in the competition, and both are so bloody stubborn that they won't shave. It isn't the money, it's the winning!

We're having a baby on Monday and the camera's will be working overtime. I've told him I don't want him looking like this on his son's first pictures, but he just laughs!

Bloody men!

my other half was shall we say looking like he had been lost in the wilderness for a few weeks prior to my induction a week past friday and he was promptly told he needed to go shave and tidy up if he was coming with me as i didnt want hospital staff thinking id grabbed some random bum from the street on the way in to be my partner throughout the birth, so i know exactly where you are coming from he thought i was joking about not letting him come, soon got the idea after he saw how serious i was actually being.

The worse thing is that the other guy is is BIL! He's got a 6 month old little girl, so he knows what the cameras will be like, but there's no shifting either of them.

Apparantly it's now a matter of pride.

lets hope he shaves it soon.
my partner has hair longer than mine (half way down his back). last time he got it cut was 2yrs ago when he let me trim the scraggy ends. he told me off for taking too much off (i only took off 2inches!) and wont let me near it again. getting him to wash and brush it regulary is the problem!
