tightenings still regular but no excruciating pain.

I had pains like these on the 15th very regular and i had jack on the 17th- Midwife said that they are practice contractions and its pushing baby down further. Could be any day now

Im still here, been at the ante natal ward since 5 o'clock, referred there by MW as I have had a stonker of a headache all day.

Was put on CTG where contractions were picked up every 4 minutes but was told by Dr this is my uterus contracting and that they weren't proper ones-which I knew. Urine picked up that I was dehydrated and something else cant remember what which meant I hadn't eaten enough today!

Do u eat when u have a sore head?

So I think I will be induced next Monday as this bubs aint shifting!

I munch when I have bad headaches ... junk lol (chocolate crisps etc) & those 4head sticks work for me whist pregnant

Dehydration is usually the cause of headaches, try to keep hydrated.
