Hi Marley

My DD was breech for a time, I was told to walk round on my hand and feet with my bum high in the air to help turn her. Not sure if it worked but she wasn't breech at my 36wk apt.

If the baby doesn't turn round by your next appointment you can look into moxibustion which has a high success rate of turning breech babies (link to some documents here...)

or else would they offer you an ECV?

The midwife didn't say anything about turning the sprog - but I will ask. I'm actually fine to go on all fours as it actually helps my back. Here's hoping the little sod does what it's told for once. Thanks guys.

Yeah I would definitely ask about trying to turn the baby. My sister had a c-section due to her baby being breech at 37wks, they couldn't do an ECV because the baby's bottom was engaged. At the time she was so overwhelmed with being given a "birth" date for about 10 days later that she couldn't mentally even think of trying an alternative method. Now she says she wished she'd looked into it earlier on to be prepared and that she would've tried the Moxi as she's still having a few probs with her scar 10 months on and would've wanted to avoid a c-section if poss.

Good luck, keep us updated.
