I'm Currently Feeling: | I got mine @ Argos for £5!
did not even know that there are special birthing balls!
need to get mine pumped up, not sure yet how!
but as soon as it is pumped up, I will use it to sit on! will be good for the position of back and spine and therefore possibly will help baby to get into right position for birth, I thought? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I use mine to lean over to reduce my back pain atm. I got one from tesco but made sure that it was an anti-burst one. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I just got a cheapy exercise ball, it's slightly smaller than an official birthing ball but i found it fine last time and this.
Lots of uses for it:
Just sit on it rather than the sofa during pregnancy to encourage your baby to be in a good birthing position.
Use it to do gently exercises on pre-natally
bounce up and down on it during labour to help things along
use it for exercises post natally. |
