Clicking hips/joints?

Whenever i turn over in bed my hips have been clicking really loudly, it woke my BF up last night...

I know its normal for the joint to loosen but does anyone elses click so bad? I dont want to do myself any longterm damage. My gran has really bad arthritus (sp?) and is always going on about clicking my thumbs....

I think it's normal. The pregnancy hormone "relaxin" is the one responsible for allowing the pelvis to loosen. (original name for it!)

It could be SPD. The "relaxin" does allow for the pelvis to loosen but if too much is released, the hips separate too much and the hips click, at which point it's a condition. I read a lot about it because I thought I had spd. I would get it checked out just in case.
