Rachie, you def had a quick labour/delivery- I sure hope mine is that fast, though I know it wont be

The pains keep coming and going but they still feel like period pains, and ive got this feeling that somethings going to 'come out', if that makes sense?
The only way I can describe it (sorry if this is TMI) is, ya know when your period is ready to start, and you feel that weird gush before the blood starts pouring? its as though something is up there WAITING lol (gross lol)< well its like that; it's like, if I stand up, something is going to drop out, and I feel I need to keep running to the loo to see if its blood, because it really does feel very simular to waiting for your period..
Now when I get tightenings, Im getting back pain- dunno what to think really, I mean the belly ache could be from something that I ate, something that didnt agree with me, who knows?

I dunno what to look out for. Alot of women say their waters didnt break- so how on earth did they know what was labour and what wasnt?

I did have a quick labour, but it was pretty intense. There wasn't really much of a build up! - My Midwife thinks I laboured so quickly because my cervix had been dilated previously when I had ERPCs (D&Cs) after three previous miscarriages.

It is kind of hard to tell if you are in labour at first Louise to be honest. When I started getting the period type pains I wasn't sure if it was the start of things or not, but believe me, when your contractions become more regular and intensify, you will know you are in labour.

I think the feeling you are having, like something is about to come out is due to pressure from the baby, which is also a good sign because it proberbly means baby has dropped very low into the pelvis ready to make his appearance. I had a lot of really uncomfortable pressure on my bladder and in general during labour which is proberbly why I spent most of it on the toilet.

I think it all sounds promising - I reckon you'll have him by the end of the week!

can give u some german lessons

for epidural you can use Rueckenmarksspritze, Rueckenmarksbetaeubung and Epiduralbetaeubung they will possibly understand as well

but 40 min drive to hospital is reeeally a long way!

good luck and greetings from London to Paderborn
