Back Spasms with Braxton Hicks?

Anybody else getting back spasms and braxton hicks?
Sitting at the computer for the last couple of hours and my back is spasming. I touch my stomach and its hard, so I know its BH. I have also gone to the hospital once already for this, and they confirmed it was BH.

Also, anybody else got a foot or hand up in your ribcage? Damn well is uncomfortable. Hard to eat or do anything.

I think the baby is on my sciatic nerve, causing my back to spasm. Happened again today. Laying down seems to help, once I find a comfortable position.

Bloody hurts, I'll tell you that much. And I have 11 more weeks to go!?!

This happens to me too hun. I feel your pain.

Doc recommended me laying on my left side with pillows under my bump and between my legs. What you have to try to do is get LO to move. If this doesn't help...doc always recommends a warm bath.

I have been getting BH but only a few times felt it in the back, normally it's just in the front. As for the movements, oh my gosh, baby is constantly in my ribs, it actually really hurts. He's doing it as I write this, I swear his feet go up as far as my chest!
