Mild Panic Attack????

For the last few days, my chest (or slightly just below) gets quite tight and i can feel my heart rate increase slightly and i get a bit short in breath. Is this normal, I am 28 weeks pregnant. I dont have asthma and have not been ill recently. As quick as it comes it goes again. Is this normal? It feels how i would imagine a mild panic attack to begin

Do you have any stress at home/work that is causing you worry an dupset throughout the day - any anxietys that are playing on your mind?

It could be but theres usually somethign to set it off.

You may want to talk to your GP or MW about shortness of breath.
