clear blue - missed period yesterday- BFP??? I think

I took this test yesterday, immediatley I could see a very faint vertical line, this line darkened as it sat and i tried a digitial today that said not pregnant so i just went and bought a first response that showed only one line.... I feel like buying every test on the market HELP!

I saw it yesterday but it got darker as it sat..... why would I get two negatives after that one from yesterday!

I took a ton of tests and I really hate the blue dye ones, they gave me a bunch of false positives, not that thats what this is for sure. The only test that has showed a true positive for me has been First Response, I would try one of those or any other pink dye test to be sure. There is a line there for sure, so hopefully it's not an evap line, sometimes they show up right away on those, try to relax and take another test if you can. Your period is late and thats always a good sign. Baby dust and good luck!

The blue dye tests are awfull... try a pink dye test good luck and fx for your BFP

Hey honey! not to discourage you but to share what i went through with Clearblue +-.. i got one test pee'd on it, line just like that kinda 2 the side.. it got darker as it sat. so i said okay hubby this is defective go get another... the 2nd one he went and got *out of different box & everything* i pee'd on it same thing, showed pos. . blood test 2 days later..NEG... so i didnt believe it i kept testing FRER, cheapies, just anything. BFN...had a quanitative blood test..and it was a 1. so, i would def get away from blue dye!! but i see it an its darker than Mine was, so hoping & FX this is your BFP!!!!

Here is how the blue dye tests work. As SOON as the antibody strip in the test window gets wet, it gets slightly darker which is why you would initially see a very faint line. If you look at it after 5 minutes (as that's all I give blue dye tests) chances are it's an evap. Pink dye tests in my experience you can let go at least 10 minutes without getting evaps....not a blue vap. If the instructions say 3 minutes than that means, 3 minutes.
VERY skinny lines, slightly off to the side like that are evaps. Here's my blue dye test

Look's just like yours.
I'm sorry hun, but I don't think that's a positive result.
I would wait a few days and if you period doesn't show, test again.

Both tests had the faint line for at least ten to twenty minutes before I left it alone and it dried and got darker on the one side....... I tried the first response test and got a BFN.......... I also tried a clear blue digital and got a BFN...... Been nausiated for days and extremely tired plus have not seen AF.... I was expecting her 2 days ago and still no sign of her at all.

I ttok this picture immediately after taking the second test and it is the one on top...... that is the same line that was on the other one yesterday and it did not darken up like the one you see on the bottom for about thirty minutes!!!
