I was at walmart yesterday and ttok it in the bathroom before shopping it was there the whole time and fifteen minutes later when I picked up my boyfriend from work........... I do not like the first response and they are the only ones I have found with the pink dye any suggestions???? I have a clear blue digital and a first response left was going to try the first response in the morning.... maybe

That's because in blue dye tests a faint line is almost ALWAYS going to come up, wether positive OR negative. and they CAN dry on blue and dark blue. The WORST evaporation line (and I wish i still had the picture) was actually a dark dark blue color that was just as thick as the control line and as dark....but that's all it was...an evap....and blue dye tests are the WORST for evaps.

Also other pink dye tests are Answer and dollar tree, and I think the new equate

DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVITY ABOUT BLUE DYES!!!!!!

Now that I've stressed that The ONLY tests that picked up my pregnancy early were the Wal-Mart/Equate blue dye tests. They picked up my HCG about 8 days BEFORE a FRER/Answer... Dollar Tree tests were able to pick up my lines as well (before FRER)

Yes, many get evaps, even *I* have gotten an evap but they DO look different...well at least in my experience.

The picture of the two tests you just posted look like early positives to me...

ALSO, since you are testing early, try not to drink a lot of water or teas before testing. Try to drink some coke, milk or thicker juices so prevent your urine from becoming too diluted.

I think you've got a on your hands. Go to the closest Dollar Tree and grab some tests (why not, they are only $1) and try a couple off brand pink dyes from Target (don't remember if Wal-Mart sells them).

Good luck and let us know how it turns out

Edit: Here's my recent thread showing my early lines with the Wal-Mart brand blue dye tests...just for reference or if you're bored and want to look at it!

Sorry that it didn't stick! Maybe it was a chemical or nothing at all.

This forum has lots of good info about TTC, especially on the TTC forum. It's all about becoming aware of when you ovulate and for most people with regular cycles, it's approx 14 days after the first day of your period. Good Luck

I wouldnt trust the clear blues either...sorry. the ones that I have seen that are positive are very blue, and very centered. I think even dollar trees are more reliable, and they cost less too!
Sorry sweetie, I hope your bfp comes!
