Dollar tree tests-has anyone ever noticed that it takes the full three mins. For the pink dye to get completely absorbed? I mean the white strip is white until about 3-5mins. Later so then if you did have a faint + you wont be able to tell until after the alotted time? Anyone?

I haven't used $ tree tests, but didn't want to read and run. hope someone else comes along with more experience of them

Yes I've used them and they take time to show, I think any result under 10 mns is reliable.

Yeah Ive used tons of them and I noticed the same thing but I think you can read it anytime before 7 or 10 minutes

As with ALL tests, the result after 10 minutes in not reliable. I've peed on a bunch of them. If you're preggo it'll appear before 10 min. anything after can be an evap. Good luck!

i hate dollar tests. I have literally used hundreds since TTC and they mess with your mind. they can leave faint lines that give you false hope. Im sure work fine if you were actually pregnant. That being said...you should be able to read the test after about 3 minutes after the dye clears...sometimes that can take a little bit but definitely dont read it after 10 minutes. Good luck!

I got my first BFP on a Dollar Tree test! It took a while for the pink background to become white, but I saw a second line right away, and it was faint! Trust me, after trying for a year and taking numerous tests... you will see the line if you are pregnant!
