Can a digi give me a false negative? Help please!

Hi ladies, I'd love your thoughts on this.... I'm confused!

I tested last night on a regular hpt and got a beautiful , tested again this morning on the same brand and got another .

So I thought I'd treat myself to a Clear Blue digital ... but it read Not Pregnant!!!

I'm seriously confused. My cycles have been anywhere from 35 to 40 days long and technically I'm not even due for another 5 to 10 days (I think).

What do you think? Thanks girlies xx

if ur not due for another few days then ur HCG will prob be too low for a digi. Esp if u didnt use FMU.

Try again in a few more days using FMU x

I agree....digis are way less sensitive. Give it a few more days and I am sure you will have a "pregnant". Congrats!

Digi's are definitely less sensitive. I would recommend that you test again with a digi using FMU in a cup and hold it in there for 20 seconds.

Best of luck x

Hi,

Clearblue digi tests have 25miu, so they recommend and can only say 99% effective from day of missed period. So its likely to have given you a false negative going off your other tests.

I would wait until day of AF or day before and use the digi then x x
