Not Sure When to Test

For the past few days i have been getting comments that i have that pregnancy glow, i havent started my AF...im not sure when to test.. i took one Late last night but got a :BFN: i wonder if its to early..but i have been having all kinda symptoms....boobs tender, cant eat mayonnaise anymore(taste nasty) smelling vinegar at work(i work at home depot) didnt throw up but in my mouth..i just want to know are these signs of pregnancy? .. when do i test?
I have PCOS and taking meds but unsure when my AF comes! any suggestions?

I tested to early. and it came back negitive but tried again a week later.. and it came back as clear as day

They could be signs of pregnancy!
