Pregnant, but never get a BFP?

My DH and I are having a disagreement, as to whether or not you can be pregnant and not ever have a

whether on an hpt or bloods?

- Is it possible?
- How many of you have had this happen?

It is possible to never get a BFP on a pee stick, the nurse who does my bloods has seen a few in her career, I was quizzing her about it the other day

My mams friend never got a bfp on a hpt with all 3 of her pregnancys. She had to demand scans when her af disapeared.

my friend never got a BFP on a hpt at all with her daughter, she had to have bloods taken at the docs until they belived her.

I never had A BFP with my little boy I had to go and have bloods done and then obviously they told me I was pregnant xx

Doubt if you would have a viable pregnancy for very long if blood results did not pick up HCG level a few months into pregnancy

it is possible not to get a bfp on a hpt at all - some women for some reason just do not transfer the hormone into their urine. it would however show up on bloods I would think after a certain amount of time.

My aunt did have this happen and she swore she was pregnant but the tests all said no so she went to the drs, they did urine and wouldn't do bloods unless urine came back positive, she didn't have a period for 4 months, grew a little belly walked into the drs and said "If I am not pregnant what the hell is this" They did a scan and sure enough 4 almost 5 months pregnant.

my bestfriend couldnt get a positive on a urine test...so her doctor did a blood test which showed she was pregnant.

now...that being said...if it doesnt show up on a blood test..thats a different story. if it doesnt show up on a blood test..then that would only mean that it is way too early to test. it would be a miracle if it wouldnt show up on a blood test all the way through your pregnancy.
