FSH testing...?

I recently bought a fertility pack which came today containing FSH test strips , opk's, hpts, pre-seed and a BBT

I have done the FSH test and have to repeat it again twice throughout this cycle so far this is my first test, do you think its going to get darker throughout, i've never used these before and was wondering if anyone else has?

Thanks

P.S it looks more prominent IRL lol typical ! x

Never used them before hon but I'm guessing this is one test you don't want to darken and become positive. Good luck. xx

sorry for the doubled post! but i have found information on the F.S.H testing and will copy this information for anyone else that wants/needs to know.

Positive result: If the test result is positive then you must repeat the test a week later using the second test to confirm the result. FSH elevates for short periods in normal cycles but it is the extended elevation of FSH which could indicate a fertility problem or pre-menopausal state. If the second and/or third test is also positive you should make an appointment with your Dr. Apositive result means the FSH levels are high and if such as irregular periods, hot flushes, mood swings, insomnia and fatigue exist you should discuss this result and symptoms with a doctor.

SOOOO! we dont want a positive then lol!! x

Sorry didn't reply before but haven't been on much in the last few days. I assumed from reading about it (same thing you copied really) a positive meant higher levels which meant the eggs were getting low or not of good quality and was a sign of the big M. The body works harder to stimulate them (we're fascinatingly complex creatures aren't we) I haven't used them so I maybe wrong. Good luck though hon. x

As far as I know, that very faint line means nothing. I think it's the same as OPK's.

Worth noting: My directions had me do them 3 days in a row starting on CD 3.

Good luck.
