Update3 (tues 22nd dec)
Tested agin with FMU and it was rubbish like yesterdays (but clearly there) so i didnt panic this time and did a smu too....especially as i'm a POAS addict 
Oh...and i got to see the magic words.....
1st 2 pics are progression pics (dont think there's much diff between yesterdays and todays but its not lighter so im not going to worry!)
So for all yo POASaholics...here are the pics..... 3rd pic is the diff between 1st and 2nd morning urine...so my smu is better.
4th are ic's , 11dpo smu, 12dpo fmu and then smu ...if i didnt have the frers i wouldnt have known if these were real or evaps  but im no IC expert.

I tested with a FRER this lunchtime with a 4 hr hold and a vary faint 2nd line came up straight away and it's defo pink...picture doesn't do it justice though..
This is 10dpo......please little bean stick....if it gets darker tomorrow i will then tell hubby.......i'm still in shock

My excitement was short lived........i tested agian this morning with fmu and i have a line but it's barely there and lighter than yesterdays.
I haven't bothered taking a pic as i don't think my camera will pic it up anyway. I feel gutted to say the least.....it's seems i'm going through a chemical
Especially as yesterday's was smu after a 4 hr hold and todays was fmu with approx 8hrs hold.....don't hold out much hope.
Will test again lunch time to confirm.
How cruel can life be....i would have prefered the BFN than the disappearing line So AF over xmas is going to super nasty and heavy like i had last year......what a xmas pressie.......
Update 2
I tested again with SMU and got this.......this mornings test must be dodgy or my sample was dodgy
