weird freak out !!!

Hi, for the past three days ive been getting really freaked out. I have my 20 week scan in 12 days. I was in the house on my own and I couldnt catch my breath, started shaking and thought that my legs were going to go from underneath me. This morning I was in my living room and i couldnt catch my breath properly again. I was trying to breathe properly and it was like even though i was trying i couldnt, i couldnt breathe properly. My fiancee freaked out but calmed me down and then i felt better afterwards. Its scary. Its only happened over the past three days and never before. Dont want it to happen again. It scared the crap out of me. Maybe its because im scared of when i go to the scan and nervous.

It could be that you are just freaked out by the scan, sounds like an anxiety or panic attack to me. I get them especially bad when I'm nervous, just try and not think about it and you should be ok.

Thank you. Im just worried that when i go for the scan they will tell me something is wrong and i cant settle till i know that baby is ok. I think its causing my freak outs. I tried for three years to get pregnant and im so afraid of something going wrong. Babydance im so sorry to hear your feeling down and i hope you feel better soon.
