when will it go away? I've had it about two weeks now and i think its down to me starting to take Pregnacare around a couple of weeks so i'm thinking of stopping them. Has any one else experienced this? xx

I have it really bad and I am not taking any vitamins, I have a really healthy diet with lots of fruit, veg and fibre so don't really know what is causing it!!

A few other girls have suffered with pregnacare, try switching your prenatal vitamin. I have had a few days which have been bad, mainly around wk 14-15, my book said it was the progesterone and the baby taking all your fluids hence your digestive system becomes dehydrated. The only thing they suggested was lots of water and fibrous foods.

Hope you are feeling better soon...x.

I've been suffering with it too and I'm not taking any vitamins other than folic acid. I've been taking Fybogel now and again to try and help things along a bit.

tbh I've been the total opposite, to the extent that I've had painful stomach cramps for the past couple of days. Not sure why - have been eating a lot of carbs lately, though I do snack on dry ryvita (yum!). Sorry you're all suffernig the other way - neither is good!
