Incompetent Cervix?

Sometimes I feel pressure on my cervix. It feels like it is stretching or twitching or moving... Or somthing...

This isn't a symptom of an Incompetent Cervix? is it?
Is it normal?
Is it the baby moveing against my cervix?

I was soooo paranoid that this would happen to me due to cervix treatment ive had. I had knitting needle pains shooting up there, pressure and general pains. This all turned out to be normal.

Ive now been told I am a risk for pre-term labour and what to look out for, but to let you know it CAN be normal to feel this xxx
