Hand On Tummy - Feel Baby Move?

I thought my OH had a sneaky bottle of whiskey & was swigging it when I wasn't looking but I've been told he probably hasn't lol . Hes sure he can feel movement if he lays still with his hand on my belly. Obviously we're not too sure so thought I'd ask you girls what you thought to this around 19-20 weeks
